Led user-centered ethnographic research around senior fitness program for a healthcare company with 14 million members and 13,000 partner locations. Conducted over 70 interviews across regions and stakeholder groups, synthesized insights to inform ideation, and developed a strategy roadmap, identifying opportunity areas in revenue, engagement and communication.

Curated external participants from within and outside the industry, including traditional and non-traditional vendors, experts, VCs, and startups, to ideate around possibilities for harnessing technology to create disruptive innovation.

GLOBAL MANAGEMENT & ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY

Designed repeatable playbook for Global Management, Engineering and Development Consultancy to be used in their 20+ business units spanning infrastructure, energy, and mining and metals. Piloted the playbook in a two-day training and idea generation workshop.

Inclusion and Diversity
in Mining

DEVELOPMENT PARTNER INSTITUTE

Collaborated with a nonprofit focused on sustainability in mining that works to support the mining industry in becoming an integrated and proactive development partner, delivering on economic, environmental and social shared purpose. Spearheaded the curation and development of a Global Dialogue series of workshops that bring together multi-stakeholder groups to tackle difficult and intractable issues, fostering understanding and seeking opportunities for action.

Design Sprint for Digital Innovation

UNIVERSITY OF CAMBRIDGE

Designed and facilitated the inaugural Summit, a four-day immersive training for 25 young professionals from across North America, focused on Israel Policy Forum's mission, content, and work ahead in advancing informed discussions toward a viable two-state solution. Identified over 30 speakers and developed 15 workshops that Conveners participated in to build the capabilities to be ambassadors of a two-state solution within their home communities.

  • Lead organizing and development workshops

  • Hosted conversations with former Prime Ministers of both Israel and Palestine
